5 Minute Fitness

YouTuber Mike Chang is a fitness master. His channel is called Six Pack Shortcuts, and we know overall fitness is no easy street, but it can be a lot more fun and easy than you think. Here’s a 5 minute exercise that if you really power through and don’t half ass it, it’ll work you better than a 20 minute crap session you see people doing at the gym.

I do this or some version of it every morning and whenever I feel like it, because exercise boosts energy too, not just uses it.
